Cairo-Mubasher: Wadi Kom Ombo Land Reclamation will hold its ordinary and extraordinary general meetings on 26 December.

During the ordinary meeting, shareholders will look into financial statements for the fiscal year 2014/2015 as well as the board and auditor's reports.

Meanwhile, the extraordinary meeting will discuss giving the go-ahead for the company to continue as a going concern, as well as reducing retailed losses.

The meetings were scheduled for 29 October 2015, but were delayed due to lack of quorum.
